NHN Corporation and Mysten Labs Partner to Launch Gaming Products on Sui Network
NHN Corporation, a South Korean IT firm, has teamed up with Mysten Labs, a company founded by former Meta executives. Their collaboration aims to release their first gaming products on the Sui Network by 2024. Although the financial terms of the partnership have not been disclosed, NHN Corporation intends to explore additional applications for Sui in web3 game development.
NHN Corp.’s Services and Previous Blockchain Ventures
NHN Corp. offers various services, including cloud, fintech, entertainment, and advertising, catering to a customer base of 37 million users. This is not the first time the company has ventured into blockchain and video games. In October 2021, they partnered with WeMade Co., a video game developer, to leverage the Wemix blockchain. Additionally, NHN PlayArt, the Japanese division of NHN, became an initial validator on the Oasys blockchain in July 2022.

In early September 2023, the Sui Foundation introduced zkLogin, a login system based on zero knowledge proofs. This innovative feature allows users to effortlessly access decentralized applications (dapps) using their existing Google, Facebook, and Twitch login credentials.
