Law enforcement officials apprehended an individual involved in mailing packages of cash on behalf of the co-conspirator.
This individual cooperated with the FBI and was involved in approximately 80 controlled pick-ups, amounting to an estimated $15 million in cash. Photographic and video evidence showed that none of the accused operated with a licensed money-transmitting business, which is required in New York.
