Atato Partners with Cronos Chain and XRP Ledger for Blockchain Integration
Digital asset custodian Atato has announced a strategic integration with Cronos Chain and the XRP Ledger. The goal of this partnership is to have a significant impact on the blockchain ecosystem through its innovative Bring-Your-Own-Chain (BYOC) feature.
Integration Details
The BYOC feature is a custody solution that allows for easy integration of any blockchain with just one click. The ultimate objective is to create a future where multiple blockchains can coexist seamlessly, driving widespread adoption. This collaboration is expected to benefit both the DeFi and GameFi sectors while strengthening the role of the XRP Ledger in the industry.
Atato’s Co-founder, Guillaume Le Saint, emphasized the growing demand for users to secure their tokens across multiple chains and control them through a simple user interface. This demand has increased with the rise of various Layer 1s, Layer 2s, and Subnets within different ecosystems.

In addition, this integration allows projects to easily connect and utilize decentralized applications (dApps) across all blockchain networks using Atato’s WalletConnect feature. Security is a top priority for Atato in order to prevent hacks and ensure a safe environment for users.
Growth of the XRP Ledger
Despite the overall decline in the crypto market, the XRP Ledger has experienced steady growth.
According to recent data, the number of wallets on XRPL has surpassed 4.82 million, with over 58 billion XRP in total. Only a small number of accounts have zero XRP balance.
Furthermore, SBI Holdings, a Japanese financial powerhouse, has announced its plan to launch an NFT initiative on the XRPL for the upcoming Osaka-Kansai Expo.
