Crypto YouTuber Bitboy Files Lawsuit Over Stolen Lamborghini and Racketeering
Crypto YouTuber Benjamin “Bitboy” Armstrong has filed a new lawsuit against his former colleagues and affiliates, alleging the theft of a Lamborghini and a pattern of racketeering. The lawsuit, filed in Cobb County, Georgia, names six defendants: Hit Network CEO Timothy Shedd Jr., Hit Network CFO Timothy Shedd Sr., Voomio CEO Justin Williams, Hit Network regular Allison Fiveash, Hit Network Head of Content Nickolas Dimondi, and company affiliate Carlos Diaz.
According to the complaint, Diaz made verbal threats towards Armstrong and claimed to have ties to organized crime. Diaz also allegedly called Armstrong’s wife, threatening Armstrong’s life unless a $3.2 million sum was paid and a public apology issued. The suit further alleges that Diaz forced Armstrong to transfer ownership of his Lamborghini to him.
Armstrong livestreamed himself outside Diaz’s residence in an attempt to retrieve the vehicle but was arrested by police and briefly detained. The complaint also accuses the defendants of engaging in a civil conspiracy and violating Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Enterprises Act (RICO Act) through the conversion of the Lamborghini.
