The Nifty Realty Index Remains Steady in a Positive Market
The Nifty Realty index traded flat around 11:10AM(IST) on Wednesday, holding its ground in an upbeat market. Several real estate companies experienced gains, including Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd., DLF Ltd., Godrej Properties Ltd., Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. On the other hand, Brigade Enterprises Ltd., Macrotech Developers Ltd., Phoenix Mills Ltd., Sobha Ltd., and Oberoi Realty Ltd. were the top losers.
At the time of writing this report, the Nifty Realty index remained steady at 706.95, showing no significant change. The benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 115.05 points at 20004.75, while the BSE Sensex rose by 391.42 points to reach 66565.62.

Out of the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 37 were trading in the green, indicating a positive market sentiment. Conversely, 13 stocks were in the red zone.

In today’s trade, Mindteck India, Aster DM Health, Torrent Power, Cybertech Sys, and Mangalam Cement reached their fresh 52-week highs. However, Bohra Industries, Arshiya, SEL Manufact, Fourth Dimension Sol, and Raj Rayon hit fresh 52-week lows.
