Algorand Partners with Key Players in India for Web3 Push
Decentralized network Algorand (ALGO) has formed strategic collaborations in India to deepen the country’s Web3 foundation. The blockchain platform will partner with the Indian tech advocacy group NASSCOM, as well as TiE Bangalore and the Mann Deshi Foundation. The collaboration aims to foster Web3 capabilities and provide educational initiatives to support the Indian Web3 ecosystem.
Algorand will also develop a blockchain-based credit scorecard and identity system for women entrepreneurs of the Mann Deshi Foundation. The company is working on partnerships to build Web3 use cases in India and is anticipating the launch of India’s central bank digital currency (CBDC).
