The Nifty Realty Index Ends on a Positive Note
The Nifty Realty index closed higher on Friday, with several real estate companies experiencing gains. Sobha Ltd., Macrotech Developers Ltd., Prestige Estates Projects Ltd., Brigade Enterprises Ltd., and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. were the top gainers of the day. However, Phoenix Mills Ltd., Godrej Properties Ltd., and Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. ended as the top losers.
The Nifty Realty index finished 1.32% higher at 723.05. The NSE Nifty50 index ended up 134.75 points at 20267.9, while the BSE Sensex stood up 492.75 points at 67481.19. Out of the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 30 closed in the green and 19 closed in the red.

Vodafone Idea, Indian Renewable, YES Bank, TV18 Broadcast, and PNB were among the most traded shares on the NSE. Bhartiya Intnl, Shalimar Paints, Datamatics Glob, Precot Meridian, and Emami Realty hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Blue Jet Healthcare, Raj Rayon, SEL Manufact, Winsome Yarns, and Fourth Dimension Sol hit their fresh 52-week lows.
