Kwon Do-hyung, the founder of Terraform Labs (TFL), has lodged an appeal against the extradition ruling by the High Court of Podgorica in Montenegro. He stated that he does not accept the court’s decision and will not submit to it.

Court of Appeals to Reassess Extradition Decision

The Montenegrin Court of Appeal confirmed that Kwon Do-hyung has appealed the decision, which means that they are now mandated to reassess the extradition ruling. The Montenegrin Ministry of Justice faces challenges in making a conclusive decision on Kwon Do-hyung’s repatriation by December 15.
