Setting Up Your DOP Wallet
Before you begin the testnet tasks, you need to set up a DOP wallet and connect it to your MetaMask wallet. Only a MetaMask wallet will work for this phase. The DOP wallet is required for completing the tasks, while the MetaMask wallet is for the future airdrop.
Step 1: Follow DOP on X
To qualify for the airdrop, sign in with X and follow DOP on X. Make sure you complete this step before the airdrop.
Step 2: Claim Sepolia ETH
Click the button to claim SepoliaETH, which will be added to your MetaMask wallet. This small amount of Sepolia ETH is necessary to cover transaction costs during the testnet phase.
Step 3: Claim Testnet DOP
Add the testnet token contract to your MetaMask wallet and import 1,000 DOP tokens. These tokens are free and will allow you to try out the features on the testnet.
Step 4: Claim Testnet Assets
Add the contract address again to your wallet and add USDT. All other testnet coins will be added as well. You will only see SepoliaETH, DOP, and USDT in your MetaMask wallet.
Step 5: Encrypt Assets
Select a token, such as 5,000 USDT, and hit the encrypt button. Confirm the transaction in your wallet to encrypt the tokens and shield them from public view.
Step 6: Send Assets
In this step, send a portion of the encrypted assets. Make sure to leave $50 for transaction fees and send $4,000 USDT instead of the initial 5,000 USDT.
Step 7: Decrypt Assets
Bring back the encrypted tokens and decrypt them. Use your password to sign in and complete the transaction. Once decrypted, the tokens will be visible to everyone.
