Everlodge Reshaping Real Estate Market with Fractional NFT Ownership
Everlodge is gaining traction as a blockchain project aiming to reshape the real estate market.
The project plans to mint NFTs and fractionalize them to solve critical issues in real estate. This allows properties worth millions of dollars to be split into smaller fractions, making it accessible for anyone to become a co-owner for as low as $100.
Everlodge will also introduce a Rewards Club, providing free nightly stays. Each fractionalized NFT can be resold at any time, contributing liquidity to the market.
