Solana Labs Launches GameShift Tool Suite for Game Developers
Solana Labs has publicly launched its GameShift tool suite, which aims to make it easier for game developers to integrate Solana blockchain functionality into their games. The full public version of the tools, released after a beta rollout in October, includes a Tensor integration for in-game NFT marketplaces. With GameShift, developers can save time and complexity, create custom-branded marketplaces, and benefit from Tensor’s speed and deep liquidity. Players will be able to trade NFTs with each other in-game using USDC stablecoin, and all listings will be cross-posted to Tensor’s primary marketplace. Additionally, GameShift introduces an asset import feature that supports existing Solana NFT collections.
