The court stated that the Minister of Justice, not the trial court, should make a decision on extradition.

The SEC’s case against Terraform Labs and Do Kwon has been postponed, likely to allow authorities to extradite Do Kwon from Montenegro. His legal representatives have indicated his willingness to attend the trial in March and agreed to extradition.
