Leaders with Strong Academic Backgrounds Drive the Partnership
The collaboration between Sui and AUS is led by individuals with strong academic backgrounds. Dr. Greg Siourounis, Managing Director of the Sui Foundation, has a PhD in Economics from the London Business School. George Danezis, Chief Scientist and Co-Founder of Mysten Labs, is a professor of security and privacy engineering at University College London. Co-founders Kostas Chalkias and Sam Blackshear hold PhDs in their respective technology fields. Sui Foundation has previously implemented educational initiatives, including a Web3-focused program at the Wheeler Institute for Business and Development and the distribution of Sui Academic Research Awards (SARAs) to universities worldwide.
