This initiative aims to cultivate essential competencies in both current and future leaders, enabling them to thoughtfully and ethically integrate artificial intelligence into their decision-making processes. Fabrice Marque, who spearheads this initiative and serves as president of the ESSEC Accenture Strategic Business Analytics chair, accentuated the importance of this collaboration. He stated:
