Adidas Launches RESIDENCY Program for Digital Artists

Adidas /// Studio has announced its very own residency program for “Web3-powered” digital artists. The program aims to foster creativity and innovation and provide a “creative pathway” for digital artists to connect with the brand and community of collectors.

Adidas’ Expansion in the NFT Space

This isn’t Adidas’ first venture into the world of NFTs. In December 2021, it released its “Into the Metaverse” NFT collection, which led to further development of its brand in the Web3 space. In April 2023, Adidas launched the ALTS NFT project, allowing holders of the “Into the Metaverse” NFTs to exchange them for new Adidas profile pictures. The brand has also collaborated with BAPE to auction limited edition sneakers paired with NFT versions.
