Robinhood Wallet, which was launched for iOS last year as a self-custodial wallet, enables users to have full control over their private keys. While the Android version is still in beta, it is expected to be fully released soon. Currently, Robinhood Wallet supports payments on multiple networks, including Ethereum, Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, and Base.

Robinhoodโs General Manager Johann Kerbrat emphasized that accessing and transacting on layer 2 solutions has historically been challenging for non-crypto natives.
