To demonstrate the speed, scalability, and reliability of The Open Network (TON) blockchain, a public network performance test is scheduled for October 31, 2023, at 15:00 UTC.

In preparation for the performance test, TON Foundation will collaborate with Alibaba Cloud and other partners to set up 256 servers for validator nodes. These servers will be used to establish a separate TON blockchain network dedicated to the performance tests.

This growth in user base has led to the expansion of TON validator nodes, which now total 350 and are spread across 25 different countries.

Despite this rapid expansion, the TON blockchain has maintained a reliable track record with no major network disruptions reported.
