BitBoy Crypto Ben Armstrong Files Lawsuit to Retrieve Lamborghini
BitBoy Crypto Ben Armstrong filed a lawsuit against his former colleagues and affiliates last week in an attempt to get back his Lamborghini. The complaint, stamped by the Superior Court in Cobb County, Georgia, on Nov. 1, named six defendants including Hit Network CEO Timothy Shedd Jr., its CFO Timothy Shedd Sr., show regular Allison Fiveash, head of content Nickolas Dimondi, company affiliate Carlos Diaz, and Voomio CEO Justin Williams.
“This type of bullying is what we have come to expect from Ben Armstrong,” Dimondi told Decrypt in response to the lawsuit. “The entire complaint is laughable on its face and has no merit in court.”

In the complaint, Armstrong alleges that Diaz made verbal threats to his wife, Bethany Armstrong, on Aug. 30. These purported threats were made shortly after Armstrong filed his initial suit against the Shedds and Hit Network and included threats against Armstrong’s life unless a $3.2 million sum was paid and a public apology issued. The recent complaint also accuses Diaz of forcing Armstrong to transfer the title of his 2018 Lamborghini Huracan Performante on Sep. 14 and alleges that the Hit Network defendants then gave Diaz the vehicle’s title and keys.
Increasing Legal Issues Involving Armstrong
More than six legal complaints involving Armstrong have been filed in Georgia over the past four months. Shortly after the YouTuber withdrew his first suit, the Shedds filed a countersuit against Armstrong on Sep. 11. This prompted him to refile his initial case just a day later. Shedd Jr. and Williams, along with their respective companies, then filed another suit against the YouTuber on Sep. 28, alleging libel and slander, amongst other allegations.
