Altcoin Surge in the Crypto Market

In the past 24 hours, while BTC made its way towards $31,000, several altcoins have been making significant gains. Bitcoin Cash (BCH) has particularly stood out, surging by over 30% to reach over $300 for the first time in over a year.

Altcoins started a massive run-up last week, and today the landscape is different.
ETH, BNB, XRP, and TRX have relatively quiet gains of up to 3%.
ADA, DOGE, and DOT have jumped by up to 5%.
SOL and LTC have taken the main stage with impressive 15% daily increases.
Bitcoin Cash has stolen the show with a mind-blowing 33% surge to $305.
ETC also jumped by 13% and reclaimed $20.
Most other altcoins are in the green, contributing to a $30 billion increase in the total crypto market cap.
