The Reasons Behind BitBoy’s Arrest
Armstrong was arrested while trying to confront his former business partner. Prior to his arrest, Armstrong raised $150,000 in cryptocurrency from supporters for legal action against the parent company that removed him from the BitBoy Crypto brand. More than $62,000 was donated to his Ethereum wallet from 117 different addresses, while over $91,000 was sent to his Bitcoin address through more than 50 transactions. Despite being removed from the brand, Armstrong continues to attract interest from the crypto community.
