Chainlink Functions is a serverless developer platform that allows developers to connect their smart contracts to any API and perform trust-minimized computations. It acts as a decentralized compute runtime for Web3 applications. With this integration, Arbitrum developers can utilize Chainlink Functions within their applications, accessing documentation, experimenting with the Chainlink Functions Playground, and creating subscriptions.

Colosseum Launches Platform for Solana Builders

Matty Taylor, Clay Robbins, and Nate Levine have launched Colosseum, an organization dedicated to discovering, accelerating, and investing in builders working on innovations and startups powered by the Solana blockchain. Developers can participate in online hackathons through Colosseum, bringing their ideas from concept to production and working on crypto startups. The platform provides additional tools and resources for projects accepted into Colosseum’s Accelerator program and offers $250,000 in early capital for seeding projects. Colosseum will host 2-3 hackathons per year, starting with its inaugural event on March 4, 2024.
