Bubblemaps Secures $3.2 Million in Seed Funding for Blockchain Data Visualization
Paris-based startup Bubblemaps has raised $3.2 million (€3 million) in seed funding, with INCE Capital leading the round. Other participants include Stake Capital, Momentum 6, Lbank, V3ntures, Ledger’s Nicolas Bacca, Hacken’s Dyma Budorin, and French influencer Owen ‘Hasheur’ Simonin.
The funding will be used to expand the team and accelerate growth, particularly by hiring more developers and strengthening marketing efforts on social media platforms. Bubblemaps aims to become the leading visual platform for on-chain data visualization.
Currently, Bubblemaps supports Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Fantom, Avalanche, Cronos, Arbitrum, and Polygon. The company is also in talks to add Coinbase’s Layer 2 blockchain Base as well as TON and Aurora.
Bubblemaps’s Future Plans
Over the next 18 months, Bubblemaps plans to introduce three main features. The first is “Code Name: Big Bang,” which will track token distribution from its creation to dispersal. The second feature, called “Bubble Labs,” will allow users to create visual representations of curated wallets instead of spreadsheets.
The third feature involves integrating AI that can explain the meaning behind wallet clusters on Bubblemaps to help crypto beginners understand on-chain transactions. The company does not plan to raise funds again until these milestones are achieved.
