Successful Investors: YouTubers and Athletes Take the Lead

While many people are familiar with the investing strategies of well-known investors like Michael Burry and Warren Buffett, the stock market activities of other successful celebrities may come as a surprise.

A recent study by Forex.com analyzed 233 top celebrities and found that YouTubers have been the most successful investors in terms of return rates. On the other hand, comedians have had the least lucrative trades.

Athletes top the list in terms of net worth, averaging $905 million and achieving a 9.84% return rate. Across the board, luxury vehicles and real estate are the most common investments among celebrities. However, many also trade stocks, luxury yachts, and even cryptocurrencies.

The Average Celebrity Investment

The study reveals that celebrities typically invest around $38 million on average. Additionally, about one-third of these individuals have invested over $100 million into a single venture.

All figures in the study were cross-validated for accuracy, using a large language model called Falcom 40B to analyze the data.
