CoinList Introduces Fund for US Investors to Stake Crypto as Swarm Launches EU-compliant KYC Solution for Tokenized Securities

Regulation News

A regulated decentralized finance (DeFi) platform called Swarm has launched an onboarding application programming interface (API) that allows institutions and enterprises to offer regulatory-compliant tokenized securities and trading under German law. The API is intended for partners who do not have their own know-your-customer (KYC) provider, and it verifies users’ identities and source of funds. The platform will also soon provide a KYC Sharing API for partners who already have their own KYC provider. This move aligns with the typical onboarding process for stock brokerage accounts.

Exchange News

CoinList, a crypto launchpad and exchange, has introduced a unique family of staking funds that enable US accredited investors to earn rewards by staking digital assets. At launch, the funds will support staking of Ethereum (ETH) and Near (NEAR), with plans to add support for other digital assets in the future. Each digital asset will be pooled with similar assets and staked according to protocol requirements. Investors’ rewards will be issued in the native token they initially purchased fund interests in or according to protocol rules.

StrayShot leverages Web3 gameplay enabled by iBLOXX Studios’ UX design and the high-speed performance of SKALE Network. Blockchain News

The developers of Worldcoin have updated the project’s state bridges to use a new architecture that saves gas and allows anyone to create a bridge for any Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible chain. State bridges are used to bridge the latest Merkle root to Optimism for proper validation of proofs. This enhancement enables teams to develop and operate their own state bridge to integrate World ID with their preferred blockchain and application, potentially unlocking new applications for a sybil-resistant proof-of-personhood primitive.

Alchemy, a crypto startup, has launched Account Kit, which is described as a complete toolkit for embedding smart accounts in an app. It includes features such as social login, gas abstraction, and batch transactions. Account Kit utilizes account abstraction (ERC-4337) and allows developers to build products that feel like traditional web2 apps but operate fully on web3 technology. End-users can expect familiar user experiences such as sign-up with email or social login, sponsored gas fees, and the ability to design their own checkout flow.
