Leading Web3 gaming platform Immutable has announced a partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in an effort to enhance the Web3 gaming ecosystem. The collaboration will provide Immutable with access to a pipeline of game studio deals and support for closing successful deals. Immutable revealed the partnership on X, stating that both companies are working together to shape the future of gaming.

According to Immutable’s blog post, Amazon Web Services has included Immutable in its ISV Acceleration Program. This program enables companies to offer software solutions that integrate with or run on Amazon Web Services. Developers interested in building on the Immutable blockchain can also join AWS Activate, which provides benefits such as technical support, training, and $100,000 worth of Amazon Cloud Credits.

Immutable has also collaborated with Polygon Labs to conduct public testing of its zero-knowledge Ethereum Virtual Machine (zkEVM). The zkEVM aims to reduce development costs for game developers while ensuring security and benefiting from the larger Ethereum ecosystem.
Immutable achieved a valuation of $2.5 billion in March 2022 after a successful $200 million Series C funding round led by Singaporean state-owned investment firm Temasek.
