Loyalty+ aims to revolutionize traditional loyalty systems by utilizing web3 technologies such as blockchain, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and artificial intelligence. The platform offers a unified online portal where customers can access and redeem points from various loyalty schemes. It also provides personalized experiences through on-chain and off-chain data insights for unique user engagements.
The initiative will incorporate gamification elements through an API from Co:Create, while Smart Token Labs will handle user identities and the transition to the web3 ecosystem. Cookie3 will enhance customer engagement with tailored user journeys, and Crossmint will ensure interoperability in traditional and digital finance realms with its NFT checkout solution.
