American Rapper Nelly’s Twitter Account Hacked for Crypto Phishing Scam

American rapper Nelly had his Twitter account hacked, and the hackers used it to carry out social engineering attacks to deceive people into visiting a crypto phishing site. The hacker even changed Nelly’s profile to pose as a security analyst for Scam Sniffer, a trusted web-based security solution. The compromised account claimed to be an “on-chain security analyst” for Scam Sniffer. However, the account has now been removed or deleted.
