Salim, an AI and big data engineer, expanded his expertise to include marketing and sales strategies for online ventures after being inspired by Elon Musk’s tweet about Bitcoin in 2022. This led him down the cryptocurrency rabbit hole.
“I participated in various Web3 projects, most notably MetaLegends, where I managed the marketing operations. This project sold for $20 million, sparking my interest in the fast-paced world of Web3,” Salim shares. “This partnership with Tan during the last bull market paved the way for the launch of Decentralized Masters.”
On the other hand, Tan’s experience in traditional finance on Wall Street paved the way for his transition to the crypto space after recognizing the potential of blockchain technology and the power of DeFi.
