Saga Announces Play-to-Airdrop Rewards for Gamers
Saga, a gaming-centric layer-1 blockchain network, has revealed that it will offer play-to-airdrop rewards in collaboration with games running on major blockchains like Solana, Avalanche, and Polygon. The “Three Kingdoms” campaign allows players of these games to potentially claim a share of the upcoming SAGA token launch scheduled for this spring.
Rebecca Liao, Saga’s CEO, spoke about the play-to-airdrop rewards on other chains, highlighting the collaboration agreements with Avalanche and Polygon. Earlier this month, Saga announced airdrop eligibility for users across multiple chains. All the games participating in the Three Kingdoms promotion are being developed on both Saga and one of the aforementioned networks.
Exciting Competitions and Tournaments
The Three Kingdoms competitions will kick off on January 20 with various games like Forest Knight, MixMob, Necrodemic by Bullieverse, and StarHeroes. Additionally, Saga will host a kickoff tournament and stream on the same day, featuring prominent blockchain game streamer Bryce “Brycent” Johnson. Viewers of the stream will also have a chance to receive airdrop rewards and potential token rewards or NFT mints from individual game projects.
In the coming weeks, several other notable games will participate in the Three Kingdoms campaign, including Parallel-GG’s 2023 game of the year card-battler, Shrapnel first-person shooter, Stepn move-to-earn game, Gas Hero social strategy game, and Phantom Galaxies mech shooter. However, there are some restrictions to the airdrop eligibility, with United States residents not being eligible for SAGA rewards.
