Spot Bitcoin ETFs Experience Net Outflows Amid Trading Volume Plateau 📉

The U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw their worst day for net outflows since March 20 on Monday, with $223.8 million leaving the funds due to Grayscale’s GBTC outflows outpacing inflows from other ETFs.

Inflows and Outflows Among Different Bitcoin ETFs

  • Fidelity’s FBTC only managed $6.3 million in inflows on Monday.
  • Bitwise’s BITB led yesterday’s inflows with $40.3 million.
  • BlackRock’s IBIT had its second-lowest inflow day with $21.3 million worth of inflows.

Overall Flow Trends

Overall flows for the spot Bitcoin ETFs have slowed down since peaking at $1.05 billion in net daily inflows on March 12, coinciding with bitcoin’s latest all-time high.

Longest Daily ETF Inflow Streak 🚀

IBIT and FBTC have registered inflows for 59 consecutive trading days, reaching the all-time top 20 for daily inflow streaks among ETFs.

Bitcoin Price and Volume Trends

Bitcoin is currently trading at $70,593, down 2% over the past 24 hours but up 7% over the past month and 67% year-to-date. Daily volume has been declining, with $3.2 billion in trading on Monday.

Hot Take: FBTC Continues to Dominate Bitcoin ETF Market 💥

Despite a plateau in trading volume and net outflows, Fidelity’s FBTC spot Bitcoin ETF remains a key player in the market, surpassing 150k BTC in assets under management and securing a significant market share compared to other ETFs.
