Founders of Three Arrows Capital in Legal Battle over $1.3 Billion Funds

Liquidators of the bankrupt hedge fund Three Arrows Capital are seeking to recover $1.3 billion from co-founders Su Zhu and Kyle Davies. The fund, which managed over $2 billion in assets, was ordered into liquidation in 2021. Liquidators claim that Zhu and Davies incurred debt when the firm was already insolvent and that losses resulted from failed investments. Legal proceedings have been initiated against the co-founders, but the chances of recovering the full amount depend on various factors. Liquidators may also investigate any fraudulent conduct by the founders. Meanwhile, Bitcoin is trading at $30,600 with a 2.2% increase in value.
