Groundbreaking Proposal Gains Approval from Terra Luna Classic Community

Terra Luna Classic Community Approves Proposal to Prevent Spam Proposals

The Terra Luna Classic community has recently passed Proposal 11780, which aims to combat spam proposals by increasing the minimum deposit amount from 1 million LUNC to 5 million LUNC. This move comes in response to a rise in spam proposals following a drop in LUNC prices. By raising the minimum deposit, it will be more difficult for scam proposals to progress to the voting stage, preventing spam and irrelevant proposals from flooding the community.

The proposal received overwhelming support, with 94.30% of the community voting in favor of it. Among the 40 validators, 37 supported the proposal, including Allnodes, Interstellar Lounge, Orion HappyCattyCrypto, and TCB. However, JESUSisLORD and StellarDrift rejected the proposal, and Vegas Node abstained from voting. The validators agree that the previous minimum deposit of 1 million LUNC is no longer enough to deter unwanted proposals.

Successful Core Upgrade Completed, LUNC Price Under Pressure

On another note, the L1 Terra Classic Task Force has successfully completed the v2.2.1 core upgrade, which took over 8 hours to finish. Although some validators are still offline, Terra Classic Station and Finder are functioning again. Despite these positive developments, the LUNC price continues to face downward pressure. Currently trading at $0.000057, the cryptocurrency has yet to recover its value, with a 24-hour low and high of $0.0000570 and $0.0000584, respectively.
