Thunder Terminal Suffers a Hacking Attack
Recently, Thunder Terminal experienced a security breach leading to 114 compromised wallets and the theft of 86.5 ETH and 439 SOL.

Thunder Terminal clarified that while 114 wallets were affected, the stolen funds are secure, and they are in the process of issuing refunds.

Hacker Response and Incident Report
After Thunder Terminal’s announcements, the attacker refuted the platform’s claims through an on-chain note, even threatening to delete user data if sent 50 ETH.
Thunder Terminal published an incident report, disclosing that the exploit was facilitated by unauthorized withdrawal requests due to leaked session tokens.
Additional Security Measures by Thunder
Thunder Terminal has introduced several measures to prevent further unauthorized access, including revoking previous connection URLs and session tokens, among others.
The platform has also engaged its legal team and the FBI, and will be implementing 2FA for withdrawals as part of additional security measures.
