Are you ready for the Web3 Global Hackathon 2023? Hakuhodo Inc., in collaboration with Mazda Motor Corporation and Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd, is excited to announce this upcoming event set to begin on Sep. 30, 2023.

The Web3 Global Hackathon 2023

You don’t want to miss out on this initiative organized by HAKUHODO KEY3, a web3 business development company founded in December 2022 by Hakuhodo Inc.

This hackathon is the second installment of a series and boasts multiple notable corporate sponsors.

Web3, the next phase of the internet after web2, requires decentralized applications built on blockchain infrastructure. HAKUHODO KEY3 was created to foster innovation and introduce decentralized applications and their use cases into your daily life.

The Web3 Global Hackathon 2023 will run from Sep. 30 to Dec. 9, 2023, and offers both physical and virtual participation options. The schedule includes an entry period from Sep. 4 to Nov. 24, 2023, a kickoff event on Sep. 30, and a development period from Sep. 30 to Nov. 24, 2023.

The winning team will receive a prize pool of ¥11 million worth of Astar. Team registration is open officially through the website, and each team should consist of one to four members.

In addition to the prize pool, there are other exciting prizes up for grabs, including the Mazda Grand Prize, Mazda Excellence Prizes, Mitsubishi Estate Grand Prize, Mitsubishi Estate Excellence Prize, Astar Grand Prize, and many more.

This hackathon is open to engineers, business developers, designers, and marketers like yourself.

Mazda and Mitsubishi Estate driving web3 innovation

The Web3 Global Hackathon 2023 is designed to align with the corporate characteristics and strengths of Mazda and Mitsubishi Estate.
