What Services Will Be Impacted?
- All ATM Withdrawal, POS, Online, and Netsafe transactions
- All Online transactions for Rupay Cards & Netsafe
Make sure to plan your transactions accordingly on these dates to avoid any inconvenience.
Services Not Available During Downtime
During the upgrade window, the following HDFC Bank products and services will not be accessible:
- ATM transactions
- POS transactions
- Online transactions
- Netsafe transactions
Impact on HDFC Bank Rupay Cards
Unfortunately, HDFC Bank Rupay Cards will also be affected by the upgrade and will not work for online transactions even on other payment gateways during this period.
New Limit for UPI Transaction Alerts
HDFC Bank has implemented a new limit for SMS alerts on UPI transactions. Customers will now only receive SMS updates for transactions above Rs 100 for money sent/paid and Rs 500 for money received.
