Ultra, a PC marketplace for blockchain and traditional video games, is set to release the first digital PC game that can be resold to other users via a tokenized license. The feature will be launched on Wednesday for Josh Journey: Darkness Totems, a cartoonish beat-’em-up game developed by Provincia Studio. The game has previously been released on various platforms but does not incorporate any in-game crypto or NFT elements. Through Ultra’s platform, buyers can sell the game on the secondary marketplace, and developers who enable this feature will earn a portion of the resale price. The license for the game is represented by an NFT on Ultra’s blockchain.
