Nexera Exchange Introduces On-Chain Limit Order Book
Nexera Exchange, developed by AllianceBlock, has announced the launch of its first trading feature, an on-chain limit order book. The decentralized exchange (DEX) aims to enhance user interactions by incorporating trading tools typically found in centralized exchanges (CEX).
The on-chain limit order book protocol is one such tool offered by Nexera. Limit orders are instructions to buy or sell an asset at a specific price. By storing and processing these orders on the blockchain, the protocol ensures transparency and security.
Nexera’s protocol combines the advantages of on-chain and off-chain order books. It allows users to set up a limit order stored on-chain while utilizing the on-chain order book or Uniswap v3’s liquidity pools for optimal order matching.
AllianceBlock Plans Additional Features
The introduction of Nexera Exchange’s on-chain order book marks the beginning of its second development phase. The DEX plans to release more features, including Staking-Enabled On-chain Order Books, Order-Triggering Matching, Yield-Optimized Staked Order (YOSO), and Dynamic Range Order Book Provision. These additions aim to provide traders with advanced tools that combine DEX features with various defi primitives for increased flexibility.
