Lawsuit Filed by Remilia Co-Founders in the New Milady vs Milady Case Involving Charlotte Fang

Remilia Co-Founders Sue Charlotte Fang and Delaware LLCs

Remilia Corporation’s Creative Director and Artist, Sprite Bonkler, has revealed that the co-founders of Remilia have filed a lawsuit against Charlotte Fang, one of Milady’s founders, and the Delaware Limited Liability Companies (LLCs). The lawsuit accuses Charlotte of planning to take over Remilia’s operations, resources, and valuable digital assets.

Allegations Against Charlotte Fang

The co-founders of Remilia Corporation, who are behind the Milady Maker NFT, allege that Charlotte Fang, also known as Krishna Okhandiar, conspired to gain control of Remilia’s operations, assets, and collection of valuable digital assets. They claim that before they could file their formal complaint, Fang had already misappropriated over $600,000 worth of digital assets from the venture’s treasury and started exerting unilateral control through several Delaware LLCs that they had established.

Charlotte’s Actions

Charlotte and their LLCs had asked the co-founders not to make their claims public while they prepared a response. However, no response was provided. Instead, Charlotte allegedly took further actions to seize control of Remilia’s business. They removed the co-founders from the online multi-signature wallet, locked them out of their email accounts, and drained an additional $1.7 million worth of digital assets from the venture’s treasury. They also filed a baseless lawsuit in Nevada without jurisdiction or any supporting documents.

The Lawsuit’s Objective

The purpose of this lawsuit is to restore Remilia’s operations and stabilize the market uncertainty caused by Charlotte’s actions, which have affected the products developed by Remilia. The co-founders demand that Charlotte returns all funds and digital assets taken for themselves and their LLCs back to Remilia, and retract their false statements.

Court Documents and Additional Allegations

According to court documents filed on September 22, Remilia Collective was an unincorporated partnership or joint venture, not Charlotte Fang’s wholly-owned company. The documents also accuse Charlotte of misappropriating assets and subjecting other members to racial slurs. The co-founders have filed a lawsuit against Charlotte and their Delaware LLCs for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, libel, theft, and more.
