Crypto startup Unix Gaming, with sponsorship from the Avalanche blockchain, is organizing a gaming tournament with a total prize pool worth $1 million through its blockchain gaming platform, Owned.
Game League, hosted by Owned, started on Monday and will continue until December 9. The tournament covers various games, including traditional video games and Web3 titles.
If you are a Fortnite player, you can win prizes valued at approximately $15,000 by creating an Owned account, capturing epic Fortnite game moments, and posting them on social media platforms while tagging #GameLeagueFN.
Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) players will have their chance to compete for a share of the prize pool on November 23 and 30 and December 7. However, further details about CS2 prizes and entry information were not disclosed by Owned representatives when asked by Decrypt.

Owned has not revealed specific entry details for crypto gaming fans but is offering them the opportunity to win prizes. Players of Gala Games’ NFT-based MOBA game Spider Tanks can win prizes on Thursday and Friday. On November 24, players of the upcoming NFT card game Parallel can participate in Game League. From November 26 to 28, NFT holders playing Unioverse will be eligible to win. MagicCraft and Metalcore are also listed as blockchain games with specific participation dates for players.
