This sale surpassed the previous second-most expensive CryptoPunk sale of CryptoPunk #3100 for 4,500 ETH ($16.03 million) on March 4. However, the all-time most expensive CryptoPunk sale remains CryptoPunk #5822, which sold for 8,000 ETH worth $23.7 million on February 12, 2022.
