Phishing Attempt

Clicking on the links in these messages leads users to a fake iCloud login page. Once users log in, scammers gain immediate access to private data. Users who use iCloud Keychain are particularly vulnerable, as they could lose credit and debit card information as well as website login credentials.

Trend Micro’s Response

Trend Micro has reported blocking over 5,000 phishing attempts in the past week on behalf of its clients.

“Don’t click! If you do, you will be taken to a fake iCloud login page, and scammers can steal your login credentials.

With them, they can block you from your account, make purchases using your stored credit card details, and even access your private data. Watch out!”
