Nifty Realty Index Closes on a Positive Note
The Nifty Realty index ended the day with a positive note. Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd., Phoenix Mills Ltd., Sobha Ltd., Oberoi Realty Ltd., and Brigade Enterprises Ltd. were the top gainers, while Godrej Properties Ltd. finished as the top loser.
The Nifty Realty index closed at 701.1, up 1.03%. The benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended down 9.85 points at 19802.0, and the BSE Sensex stood down 5.43 points at 66017.81.

On the other hand, Shaily Engg Pla, Bohra Industries, Lords Chloro, SEL Manufact, and Fourth Dimension Sol hit their fresh 52-week lows.
