OKX HK Withdraws VASP License Application
OKX HK, a prominent figure in the Hong Kong cryptocurrency scene, has opted to retract its application for a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license, as per a recent announcement on their official platform.

Withdrawal Conditions and Schedules
Customers are permitted to withdraw assets from their OKX account to their self-custody wallet or other third-party platforms until 31st August 2024. Beyond this ‘Closure Date’, no asset withdrawal or transfer requests from the OKX account will be accommodated.
- Any remaining balances in customer OKX accounts post the Closure Date will be considered unclaimed property, following the company’s terms of use.
