The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) has reported that HKMC has been inundated with inquiries regarding fake offers for personal loans under the 100% Personal Loan Guarantee Scheme (PLGS) and small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) loans under the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme (SFGS).
