The defense, led by attorney Mark Cohen, revealed that Bankman-Fried could testify on October 26-27. His testimony will determine the scope of cross-examination from Assistant United States Attorney Nicolas Roos.

In addition to Bankman-Fried, the defense plans to call financial consultant Joseph Pimbley and another individual as witnesses. Previously, forensic analyst Peter Easton testified that Bankman-Fried oversaw the misappropriation of at least $9.3 billion in customer funds.
