OKX Expands Digital Asset Offerings with Inscription Token Integration
OKX, a major player in the crypto trading sphere, has announced the expansion of its digital asset offerings by integrating various inscription token standards into its wallet and marketplace. This move allows users to view and transfer different inscription standards, starting with the Bitcoin token standard SRC-20 (Stamps). By late February, OKX Wallet plans to incorporate ARC-20 (Atomicals), DRC-20 (Doginals), and Runes.
OKX Marketplace Enables Fee-Free Purchase and Sale of Inscriptions
In addition to the wallet integration, OKX Marketplace will also integrate these new inscription standards. This means that users will be able to purchase and sell DRC-20, ARC-20, and Runes inscriptions without any fees.

The integration of distinct token standards on various blockchain platforms is becoming a trend. Examples include PRC-20 on Polygon PoS, Ethscriptions on Ethereum (ETH), and Solana Inscriptions on Solana (SOL).

This surge in interest has led to OKX’s development of product offerings in their web3 self-custodial wallet. The platform has seen a significant increase in users, from hundreds to over 100,000, demonstrating the growing market interest.
OKX’s Expansion Plans for Web3 Access Tools
Lau mentioned that OKX’s expansion to other UTXO chains is driven by the desire to be a frontrunner in building web3 access tools for users. OKX Wallet currently supports inscription minting on 23 networks, including Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, and more. According to Lau, this initiative aligns with the rising traction and launch of these protocols.
