Opening Statements and Testimonies

Following the jury selection, both the prosecutors and defense delivered a 15-minute opening statement. Testimonies from Marc Julliard, a Coca broker who lost approximately $80,000 to FTX, and Adam Yedidia, Bankman-Fried’s former close friend, were heard before Judge Kaplan adjourned for the day.
